The mission of Veterans2Work is to help service disabled military veterans re-integrate into our society as fully productive contributors while meeting the needs of the companies that employ them.

Our vision is a world in which service disabled veterans enjoy full and unfettered access to the opportunities available in our society.

Our goals are as follows:

1. Create jobs for disabled veterans and their caregivers
2. Demonstrate that disabled veterans working from their homes can deliver superior results
3. Create a broad base of highly satisfied business clients
4. Raise public awareness and involvement and effect policy and legislative change.

A call to action

It's a sad irony that those who have sacrificed in service of our highest ideals have not themselves been well served. Though most disabled vets are ready, willing and able to work, they've been dismissed by a system geared to disability support rather than productive re-integration.

With the right focus and support, these men and women bring to businesses the same dedication, work ethic and desire to serve that earned them a rightful place among our nation's finest.

We believe that private initiative can complement the work of governmental agencies by:

• Helping those with service related disabilities re-integrate as productive contributors in our workforce.
• Providing high-value outsourced solutions to American business.

Three groups stand to gain from this approach:

1. Businesses get highly productive, motivated resources focused on meeting business needs and an opportunity to be good corporate citizens.
2. Disabled veterans regain self worth, dignity and improved quality of life.
3. America benefits, from a more positive and productive view of its disabled workers, from utilizing the productive potential of otherwise stranded resources and from being able to bring jobs back home.

You can help

Since they're largely homebound, our disabled veterans are best suited for work that makes use of their telephone / computer skills. If you're a company engaged in market research, list enhancement, lead generation, appointment setting, customer service, product support and “soft” collections, let us show you what we can do.

We're also looking for partners who can help with veterans groups liaison, screening, training, mentoring support, supervision and referrals.
